Style
My style is to encourage natural and relaxed portraits vs. pictures. Although I offer some direction in the session, I'm more interested in letting the session take on  a life of its own while capturing those special moments, tiny details, and unique personalities.

About
My name is Kristin Blue, owner and photographer of Bluefire Photography. I am a mother of 2 wonderful children and wife to the most supportive husband a woman could ever have.

In 2002, my first daughter was born, and I purchased my first digital camera. I wanted to make sure that I captured every little moment of my child's life. While enjoying every second with my newborn baby, I quickly realized my natural talent and passion for photography and felt like I had finally found my true calling in life.

Over the next few years I continued taking pictures of my family and friends. Then when my family grew again with another beautiful baby girl, I was inspired to finally take the leap into starting my own business. I was so excited to be able to share my passion and talent with everyone.

There was one thing that I wanted to do differently over everyone else. I wanted to offer exceptional quality with one price photography for any occasion. You may ask what this really means. Well for me it means offering you the same price no matter what you need a photographer for. For example when I was getting married it really irritated me that just because it was a wedding, I would have to pay more for the same service or product. So, no matter what type of pictures you need taken, my pricing is the same.
